Credits System

Dzine now uses one unified Credits balance across image, video, and other AI tools. Image credits and video credits have been combined into Credits for simpler and more flexible usage.

Plan Credits & Rollover

Credits included in your subscription are issued each billing cycle.
Unused subscription Credits may roll over based on your plan:

• Beginner: No rollover
• Creator: up to 3 months
• Master: up to 3 months
• Master Pro: up to 3 months

When switching or renewing plans, only subscription Credits are eligible for rollover. Top-up Credits, referral rewards, signup rewards, and free daily Credits are not included in the rollover limit.

Top-up Credits

Top-up Credits are available for Creator plans and above.

• $10 USD, 2,000 extra Credits
• $20 USD, 4,000 extra Credits
• $50 USD, 10,000 extra Credits

Top-up Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Free and Beginner users cannot purchase Top-up Credits.

Free Credits

New free users receive 100 Credits after sign-up, valid for 12 months.
The previous daily reset to 32 Credits is no longer available.

Referral Rewards

Referral reward Credits are valid for 12 months.
Rewards may vary depending on the invited user's plan.

Credit Usage Order

When using Credits, Dzine will deduct the Credits that expire soonest first.
If multiple Credits have the same expiration date, the deduction order is:
Subscription Credits -> Referral Credits -> Top-up Credits

Plan Changes

When switching plans, your new plan takes effect after payment is completed, and your billing cycle may reset.
Only subscription Credits may be carried over according to the rollover rules of your new plan. Top-up Credits, signup Credits, and referral reward Credits remain separate and follow their own validity periods.

Existing Credits

Existing image and video credits will be migrated into the new Credits system.
Existing Top-up Credits will be converted into Top-up Credits under the new system and will follow the updated validity rules.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. If a subscription renews and you wish to cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the renewal payment.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previous payments. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Please note that after cancellation, remaining credits do not rollover when the current billing period ends.

If a coupon code is used, the transaction is non-refundable. Additionally, only one coupon code can be applied at a time.

To cancel your subscription, please visit https://www.dzine.ai/profile, navigate to the 'Manage Plan & Invoice' option, and cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal.

To cancel your team plan subscription, please visit https://www.dzine.ai/team-admin , click "Current Plan," navigate to the "Manage Plan & Invoice" option, and cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal.

No Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the substantial expenses associated with the AI-driven generation process. All payments made for subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued, including cases of unused subscription periods or unintentional purchases.

Switch Plans

When switching your plan, your current plan will be canceled, and the new plan will take effect immediately upon payment completion. You will be charged the full amount of the new plan, and the billing cycle will be reset.
